Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world. National shipping is done through either reputed courier company or speed post whereas international shipping is done through registered airmail only. Buyers staying in remote area are expected to notify us about their preferred mode of shipping to avoid any delay or unforeseen scenarios.

Products are shipped after clearance of payment within 5 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items, locality and product weight. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Rupee.

Returns Policy

You may return your items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (up to the cost paid while placing order) if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us on [email protected], mention your order number from you’re my orders & then also mentioned the product reference no. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refund is subject to applicable deductions.

Refund Policy

We accept refund on the following terms:

1. Items not available which is ordered.
   • The refund will be initiated within 2-7 working days.
2. Items Sent as Insured and has been Missing.
   • The missing item complaint has to be registered and based on the verification with the shipping company the refund will be processed.
3. Wrong Items supplied by us.
   • Return and refund has to be initiated within 3 business days from the receipt of material.
   • On verification from our side regarding the wrong supply if any from our stock.
   • Subject to material being returned to us in the same condition dispatched by us and as per the shipping option intimated by us.
   • The refund will be initiated within 2-7 working days from the receipt of item at our store.
4. As guaranteed by us all items sold are genuine and we verify the same with our experience and our Knowledge but if any of the items you purchased is found fake will be refunded.
   • The return can be initiated with proper supporting of the product being fake on verification.
   • first have to intimate us with the supporting document of verification and image of the product.
